Off to martial arts. Then if that’s not hard enough I’m going to do some exercises while Julia and I watch a terribly girly movie that makes us cry.
Woke up this morning for the first time in my life and thought, “I could totally wear a bikini right now…” Working harder in class than I’ve ever worked before. Oh, motivation.

They also donate money to rescues when you buy a Subaru. There’s also a new Subaru commercial featuring Pilots n’ Paws that have two rescued pit bulls in it!
Today has been my day off this week from working out, so I cleaned the house. I’m soo sore from friday’s morning work out still, and there’s another cross fit tomorrow morning. Ouchhhhhhhh! Following it with veggie loaded tofu scramble, superfood GF pancakes, and strawberry banana “milk”shakes for breakfast with Tony! Yummmm.

You go through a 5k long obstacle course, and people dressed as zombies try to attack you and steal your “life” in the form of flags. My martial arts school is making a trip of it, I can not fucking wait. Join if there’s a city near you on their tour!
